9 points off the playoffs 12 points above the drop At one point in the game Exeter were winning and we were losing we were 1 point closer to the playoffs than to the drop zone. When hunt was sacked we were 9 points off the playoffs and 2 points above the drop. So despite Richardson being giving far more backing we are essentially 10 points better off.

Sounds a cracker I think with Lane we brought him because he had one great season in div1 with Portsmouth Problem is they were an outstanding team for the division and dominated games so he had loads of possession and options which he doesn’t have now I imagine he looked a whole lot better than he actually is because Portsmouth were generally so good

I mean, we've had an atrocious injury list as well, not saying that's all bad luck, a lot of those who picked up injuries were already injury prone. Need a more consistently available squad next season.
